No, there is no minimum order quantity provided the total value of the order is more than £ 250 nett of carriage and VAT.

Do you sell in multiple currencies?

Yes, we are happy to quote in GBP Pounds Sterling; USD US Dollars; EUR Euro and JPY Japanese Yen.

Do you export your products?

Yes, most of our products are non-hazardous and we are happy to arrange shipping to any destination. Please be aware that some products are subject to Export Controls and an Export Licence may be required for some destinations outside the European Union.

What are Export Restrictions?

A small number of our products can have dual uses i.e. commercial and military uses. Under EU regulations dual use products will require an Export Licence if the product is to be exported outside of the European Union. It is a legal requirement under English Law and European Law. The details of the restrictions are included on any quote for the products.

Can I buy these products on-line?

At present we are not selling the products on-line.

Why are your products sold by weight, I want to buy a litre?

Many of our products expand and contract depending on the temperature, this has an effect on the volume. The weight of the product doesn’t change with ambient temperature and therefore, it is necessary that we sell the product by weight so that each time you order it we supply the same amount.

Are your products hazardous?

Many of our products are non-hazardous both for transportation and in-use. Some are corrosive or can have a detrimental effect if released into the environment. Details of any hazard are contained in the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and detailed on the product label. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available from the Resource section of our website. Can you ship your products by airfreight?

Yes, we can ship most products by airfreight, shipping classifications are details in the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) available from the Resource section of our website. Please contact us for any specific information you may need.

Can I pay for my products by credit card?

Unfortunately not.  As the products are chemicals intended for industrial and commercial applications we have a duty of care to ensure that those purchasing the products are bona fide commercial customers.

No, we are not able to take back used or waste products but we can help you identify a suitable waste contractor for any materials we have sold to you.
